Migrations to LibreOffice are taking place all over the European public sector. While there are obvious benefits to migrating to Free Software for public administrations, the pace of the migrations to LibreOffice begs the question of the cooperation between these administrations and the Document Foundation, and what’s the value proposition of the Document Foundation. This presentation will describe how, beyond the technical level, administrations and the Document Foundation can work together to achieve effective migrations and optimize their LibreOffice deployments.
