What are BOF meetings?
Crane Hall BOF (Birds of a Feather) meetings are informal gatherings where communities can come together to discuss any topic of interest. This format is a fantastic way to encourage open discussion, share knowledge and engage with others in a casual setting. You are free to invite your network or community to attend these sessions.
What will we provide?
We will provide a dedicated space in the Crane Hall. Please note that there will be no audio/video equipment (no microphone or projector), but you will be able to use the space as you see fit.
How do I propose a BOF meeting?
If you are interested in hosting a Crane Hall BOF Meeting, simply email info@sfscon.it with the session title and short description to reserve a 40-minute slot between 14:00 and 18:00 (CET) on Friday, November 8th.
→ We kindly ask you to submit your BOF proposals no later than Monday, October 28th.
Important notes
→ If you are a speaker, please check your slot in the programme to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Once we have received your submission, we will add your BOF to the official event programme in the first available slot that matches your request and then you will be responsible for running the session.
