Elena Maines graduated in Environmental Meteorology at the University of Trento (IT) in January 2023. With a background in Physics, she is interested in contributing to research focused on mitigation of and adaptation to anthropogenic climate change.
She is currently part of the team at the Center for Climate Change and Transformation in Eurac. She focuses on evaluating climate variability and trends, and analysing weather extremes within the context of climate change. Additionally, she contributes to the development of tools supporting climate services and facilitating research on climate change.
