Every year the Free
Software Community can count on a fix autumnal appointment: the
SFSCon.
The South Tyrol Free Software

November 06th – 09th PLONE SPRINT
This year the SFSCon
can count on an interesting introductive event: Plone
Sprint. From the 6th to the 9th of
November the software developers will gather in a developer camp and
create the basis for the implementation of an off-line modus for the
free CMS Plone Zope. The results of the developer camps will be
announced by Jens Klein, the expert who will coordinate the camp.
November 10th – 11th SFSCon
The programme will be split in two days as usual.
Friday is the
principal day, during which the most important talks will be held.
That day the conference will be dedicated to the decision makers of
the economical world and the public sphere. The event, celebrating
its 6th edition, will take place in Bozen/Bolzano, the
UNIBZ

will be "communication with free software". Its main

as speaker in various international events, he will tell us about his
experience of the migration to open document format (ODF) at the
Massachusetts Government. The Massachusetts Government utilizes by
now compulsory the ODT-format as a standard. In the course of the
morning, as every year, the personality who has stuck up at most for
the use and the diffusion of Free Software in South Tyrol will be

this edition!* Any suggestions are to be send at info@sfscon.it
